ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) – is an electronic platform created by the European Commission for consumers to file complaints about goods or services purchased online when disputes arise with businesses. This platform allows consumers to submit a complaint, which is then forwarded to an alternative dispute resolution institution chosen by the business. The goal of ODR is to provide a faster and more convenient way to resolve disputes between consumers and businesses without direct court proceedings.
