The renter must provide a valid passport or identity card and a valid driver's license. Copies of these documents are attached to the car rental agreement. Legal entities must provide authorization to represent the company and the company's details.
The car is rented out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank as well. If returned with less fuel, a surcharge of €2.00 per missing liter will apply.
All cars have valid civil liability insurance. In the event of an insured incident, the renter's liability is equal to the amount of the deposit. In the case of a non-insured incident, the full liability lies with the renter, but you have the option to additionally insure with full coverage.
The lessor has the right to cancel the car reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances (car breakdown, damage, accident) by informing the renter in advance via phone or email. In this case, the lessor will refund the renter's deposit (if paid). No other potential losses incurred by the renter will be covered. If the renter cancels the reservation for reasons not caused by the lessor or fails to pick up the reserved car at the agreed time, the renter's deposit (if paid) will not be refunded.

The rental payment must be made by bank transfer before picking up the car or in cash upon pickup.
You can pick up and return the rental cars at the address: Dariaus ir Girėno 149, Vilnius. If you wish to pick up or return the car outside of working hours or at a different address, it must be arranged in advance. The renter must return the vehicle clean and with a clean interior, as it was handed over. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 15-20 EUR will be charged. The lessor has the right to demand a higher cleaning fee if additional efforts or materials are required to restore the car to its clean condition.
