Yes, you can return the car earlier, but the money for the unused period will not be refunded.
What is the minimum age to drive a rented vehicle?
The minimum age to drive a rented vehicle is 21 years old, and the driver must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
What documents are required to rent a car?
You need to provide a valid driver's license, passport, or national ID card.
What are the available payment methods for car rental?
You can pay for the car rental using the most convenient method for you – in cash, by bank transfer, or with a bank card.
How can I extend the car rental period?
Extending the car rental period is very simple. Just call our general number +370 6492 7777, where you will be connected to a manager. If your rented car is available on the desired dates, the manager will quickly and easily extend the rental period.
Is it allowed to drive the rented car abroad?
It is allowed only if prior agreement was made with the rental company, and additional conditions will apply.
Is there a mileage limit for the rented car?
During the rental period, the mileage cannot exceed 300 km per day. The mileage is not accumulated. If the mileage limit per day is exceeded, the renter must pay an additional 0.08 EUR for each exceeded kilometer to the rental company.
Do you have to return the car with a full tank?
We expect you to be considerate and fill the fuel tank before returning the car. A surcharge will apply if the car is returned with less fuel than when it was rented.
Is it possible to pick up or drop off the car on the weekend?
Yes, it is possible to do so based on mutual agreement between both parties. In other cases, we try to find a compromise.
Can another person drive my rented car?
Yes, a second driver is included in the system free of charge. Any additional drivers will be charged an extra fee.
